Katherine Ryan: Telling Everybody Everything renews deal with Acast

2021.11.11

Comedian and TV personality Katherine Ryan’s popular podcast will continue as part of the Acast Creator Network

Acast, the world’s leading independent podcast company, today announces that Katherine Ryan’s hilarious, no-filter podcast Telling Everybody Everything has extended its relationship with Acast. Continuing as part of the Acast Creator Network, the hugely successful podcast will be hosted, distributed and monetised by Acast globally.

Each episode Katherine bares all to her listeners, discussing everything from a heart-wrenching account of a miscarriage to her views on her favourite Netflix shows. The self-proclaimed “nation’s sweetheart” keeps audiences hooked each week with her candid chats, phone calls from fans, and overall hilarious pettiness — with a splash of seriousness, too.

Now approaching its 100th episode, Telling Everybody Everything has already dazzled listeners with a host of star-studded guests, including Jimmy Carr, Romesh Ranganathan, and Kurupt FM’s Allan ‘Seapa’ Mustafa and Hugo Chegwin.

As part of the Acast Creator Network, Telling Everybody Everything will continue to benefit from Acast’s range of monetisation options — which include premium ad products available exclusively via the Acast Marketplace such as branded content, and the option of fan-supported revenue streams through Acast+ subscriptions.

Acast’s dedicated podcast team will also help Katherine continue Telling Everybody Everything’s audience growth underpinned by Acast’s commitment to open podcasting — which ensures the podcast remains available to listen to globally across all podcast listening platforms.

Katherine Ryan, host of Telling Everybody Everything, said: “I’ve been working with Acast since I first launched Telling Everybody Everything, and it has been a joy throughout. Thanks to Acast’s support for open podcasting, I’ve been able to reach thousands of my adoring fans wherever and however they’re listening — which means I can put all my effort into simply making the show they love. The community that I’ve been able to grow in the year since I’ve launched would not have been possible without Acast.”

Mike Wooller, Acast’s Content Development Manager, said: “It takes a special talent to write, host and produce a podcast all by yourself, and Katherine knocks it out of the park every single episode. Because her podcast is available everywhere, she’s managed to build a dedicated community of fans in such a short space of time, and Telling Everybody Everything has become a really attractive place for the brands Acast works with — needless to say, Katherine’s sponsor reads are always on point.”

Acast hosts more than 31,000 podcasts worldwide and offers growth support and monetisation for global smash hits including The Guilty FeministSh*gged Married Annoyed and Doctor’s Kitchen with Dr Rupy, as well as podcasts from major publishers including the GuardianThe Times and the BBC. Acast pioneered true dynamic ad insertion technology in podcasting, which allows for the delivery of timely, contextualised podcast ads specific to listeners across any device or platform.

Telling Everybody Everything is available on every podcast listening platform, including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music and Spotify.

For brands and advertisers looking to work with the show, opportunities are available exclusively through the Acast Marketplace. Get in touch via uksales@acast.com.
