Acast partners with Scott McGillivray, host of The Real Estate Rebel podcast

The real estate investor and TV personality’s podcast will return with Acast on March 8, available on all podcast players


Real estate maverick and HGTV star Scott McGillivray is partnering with Acast, the world’s leading independent podcast company, to launch Season 3 of The Real Estate Rebel.

Premiering on March 8, 2022, the long-awaited Season 3 builds on the acclaimed programming of the series’ first two seasons and will give real estate buyers, sellers, investors, and interested listeners access to the coveted expertise of McGillivray and his guests.

Season 3 will cover topics like how to invest in a hot real estate market, how social media is changing the real estate landscape, and lessons Scott has learned from being a landlord for over 20 years. It will also feature guests including The Property Brothers and designer Jane Lockhart. Through the new partnership, Acast will host, distribute, and monetize the podcast, allowing it to reach new audiences and giving brands the rare opportunity to partner with the beloved public figure.

One of the most prolific experts in real estate, McGillivray has empowered countless hard-working Canadians and Americans to reach their full potential, helping them take control of their financial livelihoods and generate income on their terms through smart investment options, renovation techniques, and development choices.

He’s a household name appearing on HGTV in Canada, Discovery Inc.’s DIY Network in the US, and other wide-reaching outlets, starring in TV series including Scott’s Own Vacation House, premiering March 14, 2022; Scott’s Vacation House Rules, returning May 16, 2022; Renovation Resort, premiering Spring 2023; and many more. An accomplished writer, public speaker, and teacher, McGillivray will continue to inspire homeowners and bring his expertise to life through his podcast with the help of the Acast team.
