What are the next steps once I have requested an account?
+You will receive an email confirming that you have been added within 1-2 business days. Then, you just need to redeem the invite and you are ready to get started.
I'm ready to get started, but need help creating an audio ad. What do I do?
+We understand that not everyone has an audio ad created at this stage. If you need help creating your ad, send an email to ads@acast.com and we can help you get the perfect ad produced.
Where can I target my ad?
+Audience location targeting enables you to select in which country you want your ad message to run — and you can narrow it even further by regions or postal codes.
What happens once my proposal has been submitted?
+You can monitor the status of your campaign via your Campaign Dashboard. Once submitted, your ad will be reviewed and approved and your campaign will start on your chosen date.
Can I listen to the ad before publication?
+Yes. You will need to ensure that your sound file is an mp3 and recommended to 128-160kbps bitrate. If your ad does not meet this requirements it may get rejected.
Which shows can I target?
+Acast has a range of podcast categories and collections to make it easy and convenient to target a type of audience or topic. Some categories are descriptive of the content itself — such as Sports & Activities or Music — while others describe the type of podcast, like Daily Briefing or True Crime.
What happens if I need help?
